Graduation Ceremony 2018

We had a joint graduation ceremony of the two related TUM master programmes Computational Mechanics (COME) and Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) on 7th November 2018 at the Campus Garching of TUM in the faculty building of mathematics and informatics.

CSE-COME Daytrip 2018

We had our annual summer trip on 17th June 2018 together with the students of the Program Computational Science and Engineering. We went to Schliersee by train. Then, we did a small hiking-tour to the "Mangfallgebirge". From Schlierseebergalm we had a great view to Schliersee and the Bavarian Alps. Downhill we went by a sledge. Finally, we had a walk around the Schliersee and a short boat trip.

CSE-COME Daytrip 2017

We had our annual summer trip on 17th June 2017 together with the students of the Program Computational Science and Engineering. We went by train to Füssen and climbed by cable car the nearby summit "Tegelberg". The hike downhill brought us after a stop at a alpine coster to the castle of Neuschwanstein. There, we had a guided tour.

Degree Ceremony 2016

Daytrip 2016 to Partnachklamm

We had our annual summer trip on 2th July 2016 together with the students of the Program Computational Science and Engineering. We took the train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. There, we visited the ski jumping hill Garmisch-Partenkirchen, we explored the Partnach Gorge (Partnachklamm), a wonderful natural monument, and after lunch we tested our climbing skills at the Climbing Wood (Klettergarten Garmisch-Partenkirchen). Despite of the bad weather at the afternoon, we had a great day.

Degree Ceremony 2015

We had a joint graduation ceremony of the two related TUM master programmes Computational Mechanics (COME) and Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) on the 4th November 2015.

Daytrip 2015 to Lake Schliersee

The Daytrip 2015 did take place on 4th July 2015 together with the students of the Program Computational Science and Engineering. We took the train to Lake Schliersee and visited there the open air museum of Markus Wasmeier in order to explore some Bavarian culture. Later we went to Schlierseebergalm by cable car and back down by a sledge track. The perfect wheather enabled us to have an perfect Day!

Degree Ceremony 2014 and 10th BGCE Aniversary

On the 30th October 2014 we celebrated the 10th Aniversary of the Bavarian Graduate School of Computational Engineering (BGCE). During this Ceremony the Graduates of the involved master programmes have been honoured. These programmes are from TUM: Computational Mechanics (COME) and Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) and from Friedrich Alexander Universität Elangen the program Computational Engineering (CE).

Daytrip 2014 to the Monastery of Weltenburg
