Hamed received his Bachelor in Civil Engineering from University of Tehran (2012) and a Master in GIS from Kahaje Nasir Toosi University of Technology (2015). Hamed is a PhD student in the Transport Engineering group at the University of Queensland (UQ). Also, Hamed is currently visiting the Modeling Spatial Mobility group at the Technische Universität München (TUM) as part of the UQ-TUM research exchange program. His research interests include travel behaviour, transport geography, big data, marketing, and optimization problems. Hamed's current research project focuses on developing behavioural advertising models in the public transit network.
