After the last lightning strike good weather conditions mid October made it possible to install the new datalogger and prepare the whole measurement system at the Hochvogel for winter. The system now also includes a rain gauge and a webcam.
Also other field work for the AlpSenseBench project was carried out. Riccardo Scandroglio finished the autumn campaign of the gravimetric measurements, Benjamin Jacobs scanned a part od the instable part of the mountain with the laserscanner and Hannah Derkum from the GFZ Potsdam built up a third seismic station for monitoring rock bridge failures.
