We ar thrilled to introduce our latest visiting researcher, Nathan Pittman, hailing from the esteemed Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning at the University of Melbourne!
Nathan's dissertation delves into the intricate interplay between the technical and political aspects of urban transport planning. Using a governmentality framework, he sheds light on how boundaries are established in this dynamic landscape. His broader research interests encompass critical areas such as transport justice and equity. His passion extends to exploring innovative techniques for delivering networked public transport, with a special focus on suburbs – a critical aspect of sustainable urban development.
We are excited to have Nathan contribute his expertise and fresh perspectives to our team at Technische Universität München. His insights promise to inspire transformative discussions and contribute significantly to the evolution of urban transport planning.
