Evaluation of the first multimodal Mobility Station in Munich
Background
The Chair of Urban Structure and Transport Planning of the Technische Universität München is conducting the evaluation of the first Mobility Station in Munich.
In a first stage, we do a quantitative analysis of both users and not-users of the Mobility Station by means of an on-line questionnaire and on-site interviews respectively. In addition, we interview the main stakeholders involved in the operation of the station in order to understand their interests and expectations.
In a second stage we do a qualitative analysis of users and not-users through focus groups in order to find out areas of opportunity to optimize the current operation of the first and future mobility stations. A closing workshop with the stakeholders may confront the initial expectations with the actual developments and suggestions might be derived on how to improve collaboration between stakeholders and optimal operation of the station.
